How to find us

From the port of Dover

Follow signs for Folkestone/Ashford on the A20/M20. This road will take you up a long incline out of Dover and past the picnic site of Samphire Hoe. Keep on the dual carriageway and the priority will change from A20 to the M20, just after the roundhill tunnels. Exit the motorway at Junction 12 signposted to Cheriton, Newington and Channel Tunnel car transportation terminal (you are now 10 minutes away from Sibton Park).

At the roundabout take the third exit signposted to Newington, Sellinge and Channel Tunnel. This road is the A20 again. Continue along the road; past the Tunnel service area on your right, under the bridges, past the turnings to Newington and Frogholt both on your right and to the next roundabout. Leave at the third exit signposted to Lyminge and Etchinghill the B2068.

Travel past Beachborough House (a local B&B) on your left and continue up the windy road up hill, past a garage on your right and go through the village of Etchinghill (5 minutes away) past the Etchinghill Golf Club again on your right. Travel around a sharp right hand bend and ¾ of a mile on you will come to the village of Lyminge. *Go past the post office on your right and around a left-hand bend (2 minutes away).

Pass Lyminge Food & Wine on the right and continue up the hill. At the top of the hill the first turn on your left is Brady Road, and immediately (almost joined) the second turn is Longage Hill. Take this second turn signposted to Rhodes Minnis and Stelling Minnis and travel down the hill. Drive past the cricket pitch on your left and take the first turning on your left into Sibton Park through two brick pillars. Please refer to your site plan for directions to the office and car parking facilities. From the top of the road as you enter Longage Hill to the entrance of Sibton Park is approx 200 metres.

Heading towards Dover/Folkestone on the M20

Leave the motorway at Junction 11 (you are now approx. 10 minutes away from Sibton Park). At the roundabout take the third exit signposted to Hastings, Hythe and Lyminge. This will in effect take you in the opposite direction than you think but this is corrected shortly. After about 50 yards turn left, signposted to Lyminge/Folkestone A20. Having turned left continue along this road which is windy and slightly uphill.

When the road in front of you turns sharply to the right, with a white house on your left, you continue straight on signposted to Lyminge 2¼ miles. The road narrows further and continues uphill. Go past the turning to Stowting on your left and under the electricity pylon cables. As the road approaches a T-junction and a Give Way sign comes into view. Stop and join the main road by turning left which, effectively, takes you, straight on towards Lyminge (5 minutes away). After approximately ¾ of a mile you will enter the village of Lyminge. Please now follow the signs as in route one from the *.

If approaching from Canterbury

25 minutes from Sibton Park travelling on the A2 towards Dover. Leave the dual carriageway at the junction signposted to Barham, Bishopsbourne, and Kingston. At the end of the slip road off the carriageway turn right under the bridge. Turn left at the T-junction following signs to Barham, Elham and Kingston the B2065. Pass through the village of Kingston (Black Robin Public House on right). Continue through the lanes. Pass through the village of Barham (Post Office and General Stores on right).

Signposted now to Elham and Lyminge. Past Elham Valley Vineyard on right, Palm Tree Public House on the right hand side (10 minutes away). Pass through the village of Elham and onto a small hamlet called Ottinge. Carry straight on and towards the village of Lyminge. Approximately 500 yards after the sign indicating you are entering the village of Lyminge, take the first turning on the right signposted Stelling Minnis and Rhodes Minnis; this is Longage Hill. Please follow the directions from Longage Hill above.

Please report to Reception on arrival. Thank you.
