Even just before Christmas - superbly staffed on Friday and Saturday morning and both ladies to whom I spoke to were SO helpful and found a 4 day break from New Year’s Day for our son and family who desperately need a break after frantic retail days. Thank you again - wonderful.Mr and Mrs Douglas

I normally book on-line, but booked by phone this time as I wanted to check which points were used (drawing down from the following year rather than taking Special Reserve points). Alex, who dealt with my call, was very cheerful and friendly, drew on the points I wanted to use, and confirmed the booking very quickly.
