Holiday Homes in Scotland
The HPB portfolio has been carefully built up over 40 years, and we are continually adding new properties.
Most are distinctive and noteworthy buildings that have been lovingly refurbished and renovated.
The portfolio includes over 1,500 villas, apartments and cottages. Over 600 properties are here in the UK, chiefly located in National Parks and National Landscapes.

Holiday Properties in Scotland
Scotland is often hailed as one of the most beautiful countries in the world, and it’s easy to see why. With impressive mountains, stunning National Parks, untouched beaches, charming towns and historic cities, there is plenty to discover. For many of us, it is also only a car journey away!
With all of this on offer, we are not surprised that so many of our guests return to our Scottish properties time and time again. HPB has three properties in Scotland, tucked away in the beautiful countryside of Perthshire, Stirlingshire and Dumfries and Galloway. Each is perfectly located for getting out in nature and exploring everything Scotland has to offer, while also providing a comfortable spot to relax at the end of the day.
How do Holiday Property Bonds work in Scotland?
Making an investment means you can take your pick from over 1,500 holiday properties, including our beautiful holiday homes across Scotland.
Your investment gives you Holiday Points. For every £1 invested, you receive one Holiday Point a year, which you can use to book a holiday property of your choice. All we ask is you pay a small no-profit user charge that covers the expense of running and maintaining the properties.
Your holiday entitlement is reissued every twelve months, so you can holiday year after year after year.
Thinking of buying a holiday property in Scotland?
There are many reasons people may consider buying a holiday home in Scotland, but here at HPB we’re pleased to be able to offer an alternative.
Compared with simply buying a holiday cottage, HPB means you can have your pick from a range of destinations across the UK and Europe, all for the price of a single private property. For example, you could enjoy a family summer holiday and then take advantage of term time to travel somewhere completely new, or even enjoy some winter sun. The choice is yours!
HPB also takes the work out of owning a holiday property. We take care of all maintenance and upkeep of the sites, so no nasty surprises. You don’t even have to worry about travel, car hire or the other holiday admin – our expert staff are on hand to ensure you have a wonderful break each and every time you come to visit, right from the moment you book.

Mr & Mrs HansenAs it was still in our cooling off period our HPB contact, Caroline Clay, made our bookings for us.
She has been a fantastic help to us throughout the HPB process, nothing has been too much trouble for her…
