Our beloved holiday property in Turkey is nestled in the coastal village of Turunç within easy walking distance of the bay. Our guests love the spectacular views and the proximity to the popular resort of Marmaris, which is close enough to visit without infringing on your relaxation.

How do Holiday Property Bonds work in Turkey?

Making an investment means you can take your pick from over 1,500 holiday properties, including our beautiful site in Physkos, Turkey.

Your investment gives you Holiday Points. For every £1 invested, you receive one Holiday Point a year, which you can use to book a holiday property of your choice. All we ask is you pay a small no-profit user charge that covers the expense of running and maintaining the properties.

Your holiday entitlement is reissued every twelve months, so you can holiday year after year after year.
