HPB has bought an existing holiday cottage development near Barnstaple in North Devon and work is now underway to provide 18 properties and a refurbished clubhouse with an indoor swimming pool. There will also be three new cottages and a new reception building. It enjoys wonderful uninterrupted sea views across to Saunton Sands and is within walking distance of the beach. This will be another beautiful HPB site and we can’t wait to be able to welcome guests here!
